Shipping, Returns, & Exchanges
International shipments typically take 2-3 weeks. However I have no control over International Customs and cannot guarantee a delivery date.
If the address provided to me when you place your order is not correct and the package is returned to me it will be your responsibility to provide me with additional shipping funds so that I can try shipping it again to a different address for you.
If the shipping address is not one recognized by the USPS system I will reach out to you by email for a corrected address. If I don't hear back from you within 10-14 days I will refund your order.
If the item is returned to me and you don't want to pay to ship again I will refund you your purchase price minus the shipping costs unless the piece is highly customized and not re-sellable, in which case no refund will be granted.
Returns and Exchanges
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items such as masks, (for health/hygiene reasons)
I understand that sometimes orders just don't come out to be exactly what you thought they would be and I like to take every necessary step I can to keep your business and your happiness!
If for some reason you would like to exchange or return an item please write me and let me know so we can make arrangements. I will refund or exchange pieces for you if you contact me within 10 days after you receive the item. I will not refund shipping costs and you will have to pay for return shipping as well. Some customized pieces I will not refund. If you are concerned about the need to possibly refund a custom item ask me before placing the order to be sure I'm willing to do this.
If you want to exchange a piece you will need to pay for shipping the first piece back to me and pay to ship the new piece to you as well. If the exchange is due to a major personal error on my end (like shipping you the wrong item or making a black piece when you asked for a white one) I will take responsibility for my mistake and cover the costs to correct it.
